The Life Remembrance project was recently mentioned in a television feature aired on national broadcasters, during an interview with Manuela Melucci, researcher at the Italian National Research Council (CNR), who presented some of the institution’s current research initiatives.
Among the topics discussed, special attention was given to sustainability and material reuse — core themes of Life Remembrance. The project, co-funded by the European Commission through the LIFE Programme and developed in collaboration with the CNR-ISOF and Medica S.p.A., aims to promote a circular economy by recovering and reusing materials used in the healthcare and environmental sectors.
The interview provided a valuable opportunity to raise public awareness of the importance of applied research and the need to strengthen cooperation between science and industry in order to generate tangible and measurable impacts.
