Dr. Manuela Melucci, Researcher at the Institute for Organic Synthesis and Photoreactivity (National Research Council of Italy), participated in the fall seminar organised by 2D TECH Research Center, supported by Sweden’s National Innovation Agency VINNOVA and a number of industrial partners.
During her speech, Dr. Melucci reported the recent results on the development of advanced materials and technologies for drinking water monitoring and treatment.

With a booth dedicated to its innovative technologies, MEDICA presented its solutions for water purification and the cartridges for drinking-water filtering.
The focus was on the removal of emerging contaminants such as PFAs, heavy metals, drugs and dyes and the importance of the project for human health, main topic of the Medica Trade Fair 2022.
